Australian warehouse items

Products marked Ships from Australia are dispatched from an Australian warehouse. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination.

Overseas warehouse items

Products without the local-shipping badge may be sent from an overseas warehouse and generally take longer to arrive. The applicable estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

Split deliveries

If your order contains products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking updates.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking is emailed when available. Please check your delivery address before ordering. Contact hello@puppyloveaustralia.com promptly if something is incorrect. Once an order has entered fulfilment, changes may not be possible.
