We want you to be comfortable with what you order.

Change-of-mind returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@puppyloveaustralia.com. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

For hygiene reasons, used grooming, feeding and pet-wear items cannot be accepted for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
