Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Orders are picked and dispatched from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, most commonly overseas, which is how we keep prices sharp.

Delivery times and charges

• Australia: Standard shipping $11 AUD, FREE on orders over $79. Typical delivery 6 to 12 business days.
• New Zealand: Standard shipping $14.95 AUD. Typical delivery 8 to 15 business days.
• Rest of the world: International standard $24.95 AUD. Typical delivery 10 to 20 business days.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are typical ranges, not guarantees, and can stretch during sale periods and holidays.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

International orders

Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Once fulfilment has started, an address change may not be possible.
